Undeterred, we set out to dismantle the disarray, revealing a canvas of possibilities. The result? A home now exuding unity and order, enriched by a stunning new space seamlessly connecting indoors and outdoors, embracing the garden in its newfound harmony.

Eight months were required to complete the construction phase, during which we executed a comprehensive structural overhaul of the rear kitchen dining area. Simultaneously, the garden underwent a metamorphosis, becoming an integral part of the rejuvenated living space.

Navigating the complexities of residential projects, we understand the delicate balance between progress and maintaining neighbourly relations. In Muswell Hill, where space is a premium and privacy paramount, we needed to find creative finding solutions. A narrow side access and an occupied residence were tricky but not insurmountable; strategic planning allowed us to accomplish most of the work through a negotiated rear access, ensuring minimal disruption to the family’s daily life.

The success of our venture at no.5 has not only revitalised a dwelling but also paved the way for future transformations. Currently underway at no.15, our team is once again weaving its magic. Moreover, the invitation to tender for a project at no.1 serves as a testament to the trust we’ve earned by being considerate neighbours during construction.
